Hi, my dear friend, I'm really greet happy that you come to Taiwan for study. 

As you know, they have some rolling quotas for foreigners to get the degrees of Bachlor's, Master's and doctorate. 

Besides, they also have online study if you look forward to taking some special knowledge. 

A benefit is that the schedule is flexible, so you can study whenever and wherever you want. 

But the disadventage of these classes is that they're not reckoned in your college credit.
